Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum age to attend?
All participants must be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions can be made due to venue regulations and the nature of the content.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This is because venue fees are paid in advance. Please ensure you can attend the date you book. If we have to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Yes, you can. Please notify us via email at least 48 hours prior to the event with the full name and contact details of the new guest.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the stated start time. Due to venue lock-ins and the need for a mandatory safety briefing, we cannot guarantee entry for late arrivals, and no refund will be issued.
What should I wear?
Dress warmly in layers and wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes or boots. Old buildings get very cold, even in summer. Comfort and warmth are key to enjoying the whole night.
Can I bring my own gear?
Absolutely! We encourage guests to bring their personal ghost hunting gear, flashlights (preferably with a red light setting), and cameras. Please bring extra batteries, as they often drain quickly!
Is food or drink provided?
We usually provide complimentary squash and water during breaks, however we do not provide food for the event. We recommend bringing your own light snacks and drinks to sustain you through the long investigation hours. NO alcohol is permitted.
Where should I park?
Parking information (or advice on public transport) will be sent in your final event details email about one week prior to the investigation. Please only park in designated areas to respect the venue and its neighbors.
