Kasey Hey
Hi, I’m Kasey — the person usually holding the torch, the EMF reader, and occasionally jumping when a floorboard creaks a little too loudly.
I’ve always had a fascination with the strange, the spooky, and the “did that chair just move on its own?” moments. While most people run from bumps in the night, I tend to grab a camera and wander toward them instead. Whether it’s an abandoned building, an old pub with a long history, or somewhere locals swear is haunted, I’m probably already packing my gear and asking, “So… what time do the ghosts usually show up?”
Over the years I’ve travelled all over the UK chasing strange noises and shadowy corners — from Scotland to Wales and plenty of places in between. I’ve explored all sorts of eerie locations including abandoned hospitals, old asylums, nunneries, children’s homes, chapels and many more places with stories that would make your hair stand on end.
I’ve also visited some of the most haunted locations in the country, including the infamous East Drive… and yes, I even spent the entire night sleeping there (which seemed like a great idea at the time).
Ghost hunting, for me, is about curiosity, adventure, and keeping a good sense of humour. Because when you’re sitting in the dark asking invisible spirits questions, you really do have to be able to laugh at yourself.
So if you enjoy a mix of spooky stories, late-night investigations, and the occasional jump scare (usually me), you’re in the right place.
Just remember: if something taps you on the shoulder while you're reading… it probably wasn’t me.

co-ownerHi, I’m Daryl, one of the people behind Ghosty Goings On. I’ve always had a big interest in the paranormal and love exploring places that are said to be haunted. Over the years I’ve visited and investigated a number of locations across the UK & Wales, and I’m always keen to learn more about the history and stories behind them. I started Ghosty Goings On to share that interest with others and give people the chance to experience the excitement of ghost hunting for themselves.
