Welcome to Ghostygoingson! By accessing or using our Site or purchasing tickets to our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Part I: General Website & Content Use

1. Intellectual Property (IP) & Content Ownership

  • Your Content: Any text, photos, or videos you voluntarily submit to [Your Website Name] for inclusion on the Site or social media (e.g., testimonials, alleged evidence) grants us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content across all our media channels.

  • Our Content: All content, design, footage, and graphics created by the [Your Team Name] team and displayed on this Site or captured during an event remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of [Your Website Name].

  • Event Recordings (Guest Policy):

    • Guests are permitted to take photographs and film footage for personal, non-commercial use only.

    • Footage captured by guests may not be sold, used for profit, or distributed on public commercial platforms (e.g., monetized YouTube, paid streaming) without prior written permission from [Your Website Name].

    • Guests must obtain verbal consent from any other persons before including them in a recording.

2. Accuracy & Disclaimer of Guarantees

  • All historical information, ghost stories, and claims of paranormal activity are provided for entertainment, informational, and research purposes only.

  • Ghostygoingson makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of the information presented, and does not guarantee any specific paranormal experience during events.

Part II: Event Ticket Sales & Rules

3. Purchase and Cancellation Policy

  • All Sales are Final: Due to the need to pre-pay venue hire and other non-recoverable costs, all ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Transfer to Third Party: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. You must notify us of the new guest's name and contact details at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel an event at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, venue closure, safety concerns, or low attendance. In the event of our cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date. We are not responsible for any associated costs you may incur (e.g., travel or accommodation).

4. Event Eligibility & Conduct

  • Age Restriction: All attendees must be 18 years of age or older (or specify your actual minimum age).

  • Drugs and Alcohol Policy: ZERO TOLERANCE. Alcohol, illegal drugs, or being under the influence of either is strictly forbidden. Any guest found to be in violation will be immediately removed from the event without a refund.

  • Conduct: Guests must act responsibly, treat the location, staff, and other guests with respect, and adhere to all health and safety instructions given by the team. Dangerous, destructive, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

Part III: Liability and Indemnity

5. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

You acknowledge and agree that you attend all events at your own risk.

  • Physical Risk: Investigations take place in historical, dark, and often hazardous buildings. You accept the risk of injury, accident, or property damage (including damage alleged to be caused by paranormal activity).

  • Psychological/Emotional Risk: You accept the risk of emotional or psychological distress related to the nature of the event.

  • Hold Harmless: You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Ghostygoingson, its owners, staff, agents, and the property owner from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your attendance at an event or use of the Site.

  • Personal Property: We are not liable for the loss of or damage to your personal belongings, vehicles, or investigation equipment.

All events may be subject to availability and minimum participant numbers, we reserve right to change, cancel, or reschedule events (with notice). we require all customers to give accurate information when booking, any inaccurate information that leads to issues during the booking process is out of our hands.
